課程概述

The course provides an integral view, from micro to macro, from inside to outside, to teach student for becoming an effective "entrepreneurial leader". The integral view consists of three level: leading self, leading team and leading business.

1. Leading Self: A typical entrepreneurial leader has a strong heart, which might come from high self-awareness and self-management capability. In this section, we will introduce how to manage oneself for a better person. Topic will cover self-awareness, self-management and self-development.

2. Leading Team: Leader always need to lead a team to achieve business goal. However, managing team members is the most challenge for a leader. In this section, we will learn how to lead teams effectively. Topics will cover visioning leadership, change management, communication, conflict management, team member development. The related skills and attitude will be taught in the class.

3. Leading Business: An effective leader must have the holistic and fundamental capability for dealing with issues in complex business environment. In this section, we will learn how to deal with critical business issues. Topics will cover strategic thinking, problem solving, value proposition, business model and innovative thinking.

Two “Leader’s Talk” sessions will be arranged. Two outstanding leaders will be invited for sharing their story/experience on their leading experience.? Students will be able to interact with those leaders closely to feel and learn their spirit to enhance the understanding of those concept learn in the class. 

課程目標
Students will equip the knowledge for being an effective entrepreneurial leader. And more, through real practices, students are expected to start changing themselves for being a true leader! 
課程要求
The course will be delivered thru online application due to Covid-19. Some requirements are needed for maintaining teaching quality:

1. Students must be able to fully attend class. If students have time difference issue, not to enroll this course is strongly recommended.

2. Students must open video to show the attendance all the time in class.
